Jewelry & Jeans: Friday Favorites- July 22

Friday Favorites- July 22

Friday, July 22, 2016

Hi ya'll and happy friday.  Hope you've all had an amazing week as did we.  We spent the weekend swimming and were hosted by a sweet friend for an amazing BBQ.  She's a talented chef and dinner was amazing.  I was in charge of dessert but the pressure was too great so I copped out and picked up a berry tart.  I really have to up my cooking game.

The unusually cooler temps are a thing of the past so on Monday, with triple digits in tow, I took the boys to the splash park and met up with a good friend.  They had a blast and the best part was nap time was extra long!

With the #Nsale in full swing I was excited to start getting my orders.  I'm surprised by how many items I'm absolutely in love with! I definitely stocked up on lots of fall essentials.  I plan to do full posts but here is what I'm loving now.  The socialite top and dress are the softest cotton you've ever felt. Both skinny jeans have the distressed look that I'm loving and I'm obsessed with the over the knee boots. I can't wait to wear them with dresses and skinnies.  Is it Fall yet?

This week we also met with our Fresno Fab Female group of women. My friend Annie from The Real Housewife of Fresno had the idea to put together a group of other women who blog or participate in social media and engage and support one another.  The purpose is to help each other, uplift and share ideas, helpful hints and successes.  It's not about any one person but rather about the collective group benefiting each other. I've already met such nice, talented and smart women.  I look forward to what this group of women will do in the future.

I purchased this scarf initially for fourth of July. The blue paisley was so cute but the fringe absolutely sold me on it.  Plus, at under $20 it was too good to pass up.  I was super bummed when it didn't arrive in time but regardless, I do love it and think it would be great to wear much beyond the holiday. I bought the scarf from Nordstrom but it is currently sold out.

I'm currently crushing on all things white (see above look). Plus with so much of my time being spent working on the design of our new business venture I'm really growing to love all the design finish options that are available.  I mean, I'm ready to fully demolish and redesign my entire house! Now if only we won the lotto!  When I saw this white marble phone case from Case Taboo I couldn't resist. Case Taboo has a huge variety of case designs and sizes to fit whatever mood or device you may have and the price is very reasonable so you don't feel bad changing them every season.

I received products in exchange for this review, as always all opinions are my own.
