Shades of Green

Holding onto my youth one outfit at a time.  I can remember rocking rompers as a little girl, so when I saw this romper I thought "If it was good back then it must be a good idea now."  I recently posted about this romper that I purchased in the denim and how much I loved it.  I picked up this olive one at the same time because when you find a good thing you can't let it go. I'm really glad I did.  It is super light weight and comfy.  Works great for me when I'm running errands or playing with the boys and is a complete outfit in one, ie. I don't even have to think about what to wear! Score!

But there are definitely some rules to follow when it comes to rompers.
  1. Rule No. 1 does it ride up too high in the back. You know what I mean here. No one, and I mean no one, wants to see a wedgie on a full grown women. If the length is too short or more proportionate for a petite frame, walk away.
  2. Rule No. 2 does it give you a waist or sinch in the appropriate place.  Often times the waist on a romper is set for your true waist and thus, is higher than where you'd normally wear your pants.  This can be ok but for a taller girl (I'm 5'6.5") it often makes my lower half look pudgy and tends to billow out on my upper half in a not so flattering manner.

Flats or wedges this romper is versatile and super easy to wear. Can't decide which color I like more, so I'm so glad I bought the denim too. All colors and sizes are fully stocked HERE. I've linked some others below as well as the rest of my outfit.
