Jewelry & Jeans: The Prettiest Blue Midi Skirt || Blue Monochromatic Look

The Prettiest Blue Midi Skirt || Blue Monochromatic Look

Monday, October 16, 2017

Hi, friends.  Hope everyone had the best weekend.  While it started off hotter than one might like for October it cooled on Sundays and actually has some 70's in the 10 day forecast.  I am so excited! Swinging into Monday in one of my favorite looks.  How much fun is this pleated midi skirt!! I absolutely adore the color, the movement and the versatility.  Sharing this look and my second favorite way to rock a midi skirt below.

Monochromatic looks are all the rage this season.  Blue is such a pretty color year round so I knew THIS skirt would be a good addition to the closet. I wanted to mix the silky fabric with something more textured. The mix of textiles helps create interest and while I could have gone with a sweater in a darker blue shade this baby blue hue played nicely with richness of the skirt.

THIS MIDI fits true to form, in between the ankle and the knee.  It has an elastic waistband making it ultra comfortable.  Comes in one size but fits similar to a small.  I love the deep navy color with a touch of sheen, making for a luxe look but it can be just as easily dressed down as it could be dressed up.  While this look is great for fall and winter, I love the idea of wearing this skirt with white mules or sneakers and a simple tee for warmer times.

This skirt is not only fun to wear [visualize me constantly twirling] its super reasonable.  At under $25 it's perfect for everyone.  Linked my exact details on the picture above and in the catalog below.

I received products in exchange for this post but all opinions are my own.  Thank you for supporting the brands that support this blog.

  4. Choose a cleanser that doesn’t leave your skin tight after washing. Clean your face no more than twice a day, or just once, if you have dry skin and don’t wear makeup. If you want to discover more information about it, check out this website.
