Orange addiction may be an understatement. Not only am I loving orange right now, I've always loved Victoria Beckham so this dress was a win, win. Victoria has always been so chic and well put together. I remember reading an article from years ago where she said she only wears heels, that if she ever were to run on a treadmill she'd do it in 4" heels and I can totally see that. So when I heard that she was collaborating with one of my favorite stores (Target) I knew I had to check out her line.
I got my hands on a few pieces but this one really caught my eye. The one shoulder, bow accent and ruffle hem get it such a flirty, feminine feel that I had to take her home. I sized down and would have even gone two sizes smaller if I could (wearing an XS for reference). This dress definitely runs large and it is cut so that it is more of a shift dress rather than a fit and flare.
When I first tried it one, I wasn't a huge fan. Too boxy and shapeless. BUT.... I quickly added a fun belt and I think it may all the difference. The leopard print compliments the strong orange and I paired it with a matching clutch and nude strappy pumps. The dress itself is very well made. Thick fabric, lined and the accents are tailored nicely. It is currently still available in all sizes AND is on major sale NOW!!!
