Friday Favorites- August 19th

Another week, another Friday and hooray for that!  We had a really fun weekend filled with arcade games, birthday parties and boating.  On Friday we met with Oma and Jojo at Chuck-e-Cheese for a fun filled day of games.  C loves this place and constantly talks about wanting his 4th birthday here. He played lots of games and the parentals enjoyed some as well. Despite the fact that we had hundreds of tickets Colton only wanted a bag of skittles and a whistle so i'm sure we'll be back to cash in the rest soon.

On Saturday we celebrated the birthdays of two sweet sisters at Pump It Up.  One of Colton's favorites spots.  They jumped their hearts out and devoured some sweet cupcakes.  Love watching these sweet babies grow up.

We were lucky enough to get a date night Saturday night and took full advantage by trying out a new restaurant in town, Wasabi Fire.  We had their teppanyaki and it was amazing.  Seriously, so good. We then attempted to see a movie but apparently I can't properly read movie times and was off by an hour.  Ha!

Sunday some friends invited us out to the lake with them. Not sure how we all managed it but we were sans kids for the entire day and it was glorious. When its 100+ degrees out a nice cold drink and some cool water with some friends is a must.
